AI Casting Studios is designed as a managed two-sided marketplace: real people and their representatives control likeness rights; productions receive a project-specific, documented license. The beta favors deliberate casting over unlimited self-service generation.

Revenue model

Talent onboardingFree during beta. No listing charge and no transfer of ownership.
Talent share85% of the negotiated likeness-license fee goes to the talent. If an agent or union arrangement applies, it is handled under the relevant agreement.
Platform fee15% of the likeness-license fee. It supports casting, identity review, scope design, agreement records, payment administration and support.
Production briefsNo subscription during private beta. Complex custom searches may require a disclosed, project-specific casting deposit credited against an executed deal.
RenewalsNever automatic. Continued use, expanded media, new territory or a longer term requires renewed approval and compensation.
ExclusivityOptional, time-limited and separately priced. It is not bundled into a standard license.
Model trainingSeparate opt-in, separate scope and separate compensation. Joining the roster never authorizes training.

Illustrative license floors

Beta prices are negotiated case by case. Suggested floors—not guarantees—begin around $500 for limited independent short-form use, $1,500 for professional commercial or long-form use, and custom pricing for reusable digital doubles, exclusivity, model training or high-reach campaigns.

Core costs

Identity and authority review, secure recordkeeping, casting operations, agreement design, payment handling, support, takedown coordination and continued trust-and-safety review. Production technology and legal review outside the platform scope are quoted separately when needed.

Growth path

Phase 1 is a curated founding cohort and managed deal flow. Phase 2 adds verified talent discovery and structured licensing. Phase 3 can add agent tools, auditable license credentials, production integrations and secure asset delivery. Growth will not weaken per-use consent.
