Beta terms.

Applying to the private beta creates no employment, agency, partnership, representation, license or guarantee of acceptance. No likeness rights are granted merely by submitting an application.

Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Representatives and productions must have authority to act for the people or entities they identify.

No asset submission at this stage

Do not send identity documents, biometric scans, confidential production files or high-resolution likeness assets through the initial form. Approved applicants receive separate onboarding instructions.

Project licenses

Any use of a person’s name, image, likeness, voice, performance or digital replica requires a separately executed agreement defining the parties, project, scope, media, territory, term, compensation, approvals and restrictions.

Beta limitations

Features, pricing and availability may change. Public descriptions are principles and planning information, not a substitute for a signed license or professional legal advice.

Prohibited conduct

Do not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, seek deceptive or illegal uses, scrape applicant information or treat this beta as an unrestricted asset library.
